What you posted made a lot of sense. However, what about this? suppose you added a little content? I am not suggesting your information isn't solid., however suppose you added something that grabbed people's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little vanilla. You could peek at Yahoo's front page and note how they write post headlines to get people to click. You might add a related video or a pic or two to grab people interested about everything've written. Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little livelier.
